The Maids was founded during the pandemic by a group of hospitality and property management experts who saw a need for reliable systems-based cleaning services in their local area LORNE, high-quality co-hosting services in the Great Ocean Road region were not accepted to this diagnosis but have taken several years of proven performance to get to this stage. With a commitment to excellence, we have grown into a trusted partner for many property owners, helping them achieve success in the competitive holiday rental market.

STATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Donovan is one of the founders of The Maids Co-Host, serving as a pivotal point of contact for the team whenever guidance is needed. Whether it’s addressing unusual requests or managing HR concerns, Donovan is always ready to provide support and direction.
Coming from a background in business development, project management, and sales, Donovan also has a refined understanding of software and web development. During the pandemic, Donovan faced the challenge of unemployment and loss of income. Out of this difficult period, he founded what we now know as The Maids Surf Coast Cleaning Service from the ground up.
Despite the challenges of staying in business during such trying times, The Maids has not only survived but has become one of the largest Airbnb cleaning services on the Surf Coast. Today, Donovan focuses primarily on the backend of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. His dedication to keeping all aspects of the business in order and ensuring every chain is well-oiled allows The Maids Co-Host to operate without issue. Donovan’s leadership and vision continue to drive the success and growth of our services.
